Job description
This is a remote position.
What We Do
At Outsource Access, we help entrepreneurs and investors scale their vision by providing elite-level operational support. We don’t just manage administrative tasks, we make sure that critical investment workflows, from deal sourcing to investor relations, operate with flawless precision and speed.
How You’ll Make a Difference
•
Fueling the Deal Flow: You’ll be the gatekeeper of the pipeline, ensuring every inbound inquiry from searchers and investors is handled with professional excellence so that no high-value opportunity ever falls through the cracks.
•
Building the Source of Truth: By maintaining a metIiculous CRM and organizing critical financial documents, you turn raw data into actionable intelligence, allowing fund managers to make faster, smarter investment decisions.
•
Amplifying Leadership Impact: You will "buy back" time for the firm's principals by owning the scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of office hours, ensuring the team stays focused on high-level strategy rather than logistics.
•
Scaling Through Systems: You won’t just follow a process; you’ll help refine it. You will create repeatable workflows and use AI tools to draft content and organize information, ensuring the business can grow without losing its professional edge.
Requirements
Is This You?
•
A Process Architect: You naturally think in checklists and workflows. You find deep satisfaction in taking a messy inbox or complex loan documents and turning them into a clean, organized system.
•
The Proactive Partner: You don't wait for a nudge to follow up. You anticipate what the team needs next and take ownership of moving projects forward before you're even asked.
•
High-Stakes Professionalism: You communicate with clarity and grit. Whether you are drafting a summary for an investor or researching a potential deal, your work reflects a high level of intelligence and total confidentiality.
•
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating CRMs (like Airtable, HubSpot, or Salesforce) and are excited about using AI tools to summarize data and draft communications more efficiently.
•
Your Home Office: You have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace that allows you to maintain focus and represent the firm professionally during virtual meetings.
