A financial-services organization is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to help strengthen and centralize its PMO operating model. The primary need is for a strong Business Analyst who can bring greater structure to stakeholder requests, requirements, documentation, solution evaluation, and success measurement while also supporting project-management responsibilities. The successful candidate will work directly with business and technology stakeholders in a highly visible environment. This role requires someone who can operate comfortably in ambiguity, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and convert loosely defined business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, clarify, challenge, and document business requirements.Help centralize and improve PMO processes.Manage and analyze stakeholder BAU requests.Evaluate multiple potential solutions against business needs.Develop clearer success measures and decision criteria.Partner with business and technology teams throughout delivery.Identify opportunities to improve existing processes using AI and automation where appropriate.Support project-management activities when needed.Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
