A global healthcare technology organization is seeking a PBM Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise pharmacy technology products. This role combines deep PBM knowledge with customer discovery, market analysis, product planning, Agile delivery, and commercialization. The successful candidate will work across Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and healthcare teams to deliver solutions that improve pharmacy workflows, claims processing, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Define and own the product strategy and long-term roadmap.Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through retirement.Gather and prioritize customer, market, operational, and commercial requirements.Define pharmacy workflows, product functionality, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Prioritize enhancements based on customer value, business impact, risk, feasibility, and capacity.Partner with Engineering and Architecture throughout development and delivery.Analyze claims, product, and customer data to guide decisions.Lead root-cause analysis for product and operational issues.Support product launches, positioning, adoption, and go-to-market initiatives.Measure product performance and continuously improve capabilities.Communicate product direction across technical, business, and customer audiences.Mentor less-experienced Product Managers when appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS Strong Pharmacy Benefit Management experience.Demonstrated Product Management and lifecycle ownership.Deep knowledge of pharmacy claims processing.Pharmacy point-of-sale system experience.Understanding of claims adjudication and prior authorization.Product strategy and roadmap ownership.Requirements gathering and workflow-documentation experience.Agile product-delivery experience.Jira or comparable Agile-tool experience.Experience partnering directly with Engineering and technical teams.Strong analytical, financial, and root-cause analysis skills.Excellent stakeholder-management and communication abilities.Ability to work remotely during EST business hours.
