Job description

Selling a product nobody wants is exhausting. Selling one the market already trusts is a whole different game. We've been called the Apple of our industry, and our innovations keep proving why. We help thousands of businesses make a meaningful impact on millions of people every month. Our solutions lead the market, new products are on the way, and we're building a sales team to match. If hunting new business, closing fast and earning uncapped commission sounds like your idea of fun, keep reading. ABOUT US At Hello Innovation, we're more than just a company; we're a force for change. As the parent company to an ever-growing portfolio of businesses, we're making the world a radically better place through meaningful innovation. Here, it's not about the daily grind; it's about making a real difference, challenging the norm, breaking boundaries, and rewriting what's possible. We started from scratch—no investors, no debt—just a relentless drive that has led us to impact over a billion lives through our products. And we're just getting started. We're an eclectic team of dreamers, creators and doers, united in our mission to deliver work that truly matters. If you're looking to be inspired, challenged and leave work every day knowing you did the best work of your life, you've come to the right place. ABOUT THE JOB Hunt. Close. Repeat. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first touch to signed deal. You'll build your own pipeline, run sharp demos and close new business across our full product suite. Along the way, you'll use AI to work smarter and faster than the competition. You'll report to our VP of Sales and help take our sales organization to the next level. The demand is there. Your job is to go get it. ABOUT YOU • You're a hunter, not a farmer. You'd rather open a new door than wait for one to open. Prospecting isn't a chore. It's the fun part. • Your quota is a floor, not a ceiling. You hit your number, and you have the receipts to prove it. Uncapped commission sounds less like a perk and more like an invitation. • You hear "no" as "not yet." Rejection rolls right off you. You follow up with purpose, and your persistence closes deals other reps gave up on. • Your prospecting runs on AI, not guesswork. You use AI to research accounts, personalize outreach and prioritize your day, so you outwork reps twice your tenure without working twice the hours. • You live in Salesforce. Happily. Clean pipeline, current notes, honest forecasts. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen. • You speak fluent owner-operator. You know how to win with buyers who sign their own checks and decide fast. You keep deals moving and never let them go cold. • You don't sell like a vendor. You educate like a partner. Every conversation leaves the customer smarter than before. That's why they trust you, and that's why they buy. • New product drop? You're first in line. We have several big launches on deck. You love learning something new and being the first to put it in front of customers. • You're coachable to the core. You ask for feedback, act on it fast and get better every week. Your best quarter is always the next one. • This isn't your first rodeo. With 2+ years in B2B sales (SaaS strongly preferred) and a track record of hitting your number, you're ready to level up. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation and close. • Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, and convert inbound leads from marketing. • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Run engaging, consultative demos by phone and video that show prospects exactly how our solutions help them grow. • Use AI tools to work smarter across every stage of the sales cycle. • Keep Salesforce accurate and current with activity, pipeline and forecasts. • Cross-sell new products to existing customers in partnership with account management. • Be among the first to take our upcoming product launches to market. • Share customer feedback with product and marketing to sharpen our messaging and roadmap. • Help shape the sales playbook as we scale by bringing ideas on what's working and what isn't. COMPENSATION& PERKS • Meaningful work. This is not just a job. You can find a job anywhere. This is a place for the bold to get paid to give a sh*t and make a real impact on people's lives when they need it most. • Be part of something (really) big. Our products touch over 45 million people every month, and we are chasing problems that billions suffer from. Not just any problem, the ones that are filled with purpose and meaning. This is your chance to be more than a number and make history. • Don't just imagine it - create it at our Moonshot Factory. You'll have access to our newly built Dreamlab, our secret research and development lab where employees aren't focused on what's today - but what's next... Imagine a 30,000 sq ft facility with the machines, tools, and resources (from 7 axis robots to coating systems) to create...anything. • No red tape. Say goodbye to pointless meetings or political hoops to jump through. We're scrappy, believe in autonomy and empower our teams to do whatever it takes to do the unthinkable. • Learning animal culture. Learn more here than any other place on earth. We make sure you never stop growing and offer an allowance for continued learning. • We ignite the best in you. We exist not only to deliver meaningful innovation, but to ignite and inspire the creative problem solver in you. • A creative, come-as-you-are environment. Our team never stops pushing you to be the best that you can be and still makes time to have some fun. • Top of market pay & benefits. Along with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k. • Plus many more. Additional perks include daily catered lunches, team activities, paid holidays, bonuses and much more. Diversity isn't just a checkbox. At Hello Innovation, our eclectic team from all walks of life is our secret sauce to meaningful innovation. Needless to say, we are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
