Job description
Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketer to help bring Samaya’s products to market for a highly technical enterprise audience across AI, data platforms, and finance.
You’ll play a central role in translating complex product capabilities into clear, credible messaging for customers, prospects, and internal teams. This role will own core product marketing work across feature launches, positioning, messaging, email and communications cadence, social media support, and enablement content.
The right candidate will be both strategic and hands-on: someone who can create structure out of ambiguity, partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and leadership, and move quickly without sacrificing quality. We’re looking for someone who is creative as well as analytical, with strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the range to contribute beyond a narrow product marketing lane as the marketing function continues to grow.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with potential to grow into people management over time.
Responsibilities
Own product launches - lead end-to-end product marketing for feature and product launches, from positioning and messaging through rollout, adoption, and follow-up
Shape the story - translate complex technical product concepts into simple, credible narratives for technical, commercial, and executive audiences
Partner cross-functionally - work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and leadership to bring new features and capabilities to market
Build launch assets - create launch plans and supporting materials across email, social, internal enablement, customer-facing content, and sales support
Develop enablement - build materials that clearly communicate product value, use cases, differentiation, and customer relevance
Bring market insight - gather customer, market, and competitive insights to sharpen messaging and improve go-to-market execution
Analytically minded - you know that events are not just vibes, you not only setrack success metrics, and how to evaluate event effectiveness and ROI
Use AI fluently - test and apply AI tools and workflows to improve the quality and speed of research, messaging, launches, and content development
Support broader marketing priorities - contribute across content, campaigns, customer storytelling, and other high-impact go-to-market initiatives as the team evolves
Experience
Required
Product marketing experience - 8+ years of experience in product marketing or closely related roles
Technical product depth - proven success marketing highly technical products to enterprise audiences
Launch ownership - strong ownership of feature or product launches in fast-moving software companies where you have owned everything from creative to metrics
Relevant category experience - experience in AI, financial services, data platforms, infrastructure, developer tooling, analytics, or similarly technical product categories
Clear communication - strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and business audiences
Technical translation - a track record of turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and credible messaging
Asset creation - strength in building high-quality launch materials, emails, enablement content, customer-facing materials, and other go-to-market assets
Cross-functional partnership - proven ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and leadership
Startup operating style - comfort operating with pace, ambiguity, and high accountability in a fast-moving environment
AI fluency - demonstrated AI fluency in a concrete way, such as building, testing, or integrating AI-driven workflows into how you work
Preferred
AI and enterprise software experience – experience marketing products in AI, data infrastructure, analytics, developer tools, or other technical enterprise software categories
Financial services exposure – familiarity marketing into financial services, investment firms, or highly analytical end-user audiences
Broad marketing experience – experience contributing across content, campaigns, customer storytelling, and sales enablement
People leadership experience – prior experience managing people or mentoring teammates in a fast-moving environment
Personal Attributes
Resourceful and proactive - you thrive in lean environments, spot what needs to be done, and move work forward without waiting for perfect direction
Creative and Analytical - you love being creative but you know you have to measure for it to count - you are metrics oriented with a healthy dose of right brain
Strong communicator - you can make technical ideas understandable without oversimplifying them
Curious - you take time to understand the product, the customer, and the market because the “why” matters to your work
Sound judgment - you know when to decide, when to escalate, and how to keep stakeholders aligned
Highly adaptable - you’re comfortable moving across product marketing, content, enablement, campaigns, and broader marketing needs
Commercially aware - you understand how messaging, launches, and enablement connect to go-to-market outcomes
Leadership-oriented - you may have managed people before, or you’re interested in growing into people leadership over time
Compensation
The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000-$200,000.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above. Equity components may also be considered as part of the overall compensation package.

Our Operating Principles
Put Users first. Our users rely on us to do their jobs. We exist because our users trust us to help them achieve their goals. In return for this trust users place in us, we keep their needs as our top priority.
Win as a collective. We are high achievers with a drive to succeed. We build strong bonds over this shared drive. We dive in to help when one of us needs it. We’re kind to each other and boost each other to succeed and grow professionally and personally. We build trust with each other by making commitments and consistently delivering on them. This trust means we genuinely support each other, embracing feedback as a tool for growth and improvement. We win by operating this way, as one team.
Focus and iterate quickly. Bias for action makes us build and learn quickly. Iterating fast requires clarity on what outcomes we are targeting and why. Prioritizing the important things, taking full ownership and initiative, making fast initial progress, and rapid iterations lead to the best outcomes.
Innovate Relentlessly. We pursue novel insights, challenging the status quo and reimagining how things are done. We aren’t attached to the past when improving our product and how we work in the future. We actively invest time in innovation, thinking “outside the box” to consistently raise our standards.
Prioritize Outcomes over Egos . We are committed not to a person, an idea, or an opinion but to continuously making progress to our goals. Sometimes, our goals are ambiguous; in those moments, we iterate, learn, and move on to the next inquiry. We ask the tough questions with kindness, dropping our egos in our pursuit of evidence. For our business goals, we learn from our users. For our scientific goals, our understanding is built through rigorous experimentation, research, and observation. For our personal goals, we embrace candid feedback and collaborative learning to guide our progress.
