Job description

About Gravitee Since 2015, Gravitee has grown into a global force, recognized as a 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for API Management. What started with four developers challenging the complexities of APIs has evolved into a revolutionary platform powering API and event stream ecosystems worldwide. We drive digital transformation for top enterprises - from Michelin to Roche to Blue Yonder - offering unmatched control over APIs and event streams. Now, we are leading the next evolution: AI Agent Management. Our platform brings security and governance to the agentic ecosystem - with our Agent Gateway for A2A protocol communications, native Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, and multi-agent, multi-LLM control. We are building the infrastructure that lets enterprises unlock the full potential of AI, securely and at scale. Our rapid growth and leadership in API management are fueled by our team's commitment to excellence and our core values: • Passion: We bring excitement to everything we do, constantly innovating to stay ahead of the curve. • Hold Nothing Back: We go above and beyond to help customers and teammates succeed, holding ourselves to the highest standards. • Professionalism: We believe in clear, respectful communication and prioritize the needs of our team and customers. We expect you to: • Be open and proactive in using AI-assisted tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, troubleshooting aids, automation helpers) to accelerate day-to-day work • Use AI thoughtfully to improve existing processes, reduce manual toil, and increase reliability in operations and support workflows • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to problem solving, documentation, and incident analysis, while maintaining a strong critical mindset • Understand the limits of AI tools and apply engineering judgment to validate, refine, and productionize outcomes • Contribute ideas on how AI can be safely and effectively integrated into our platform, infrastructure, and internal tooling AI at Gravitee is not about shortcuts - it is about working smarter, faster, and more sustainably at scale.
