While our headquarters are based in Denver, Colorado, our team spans the globe, with teammates across Brazil, Poland, the Philippines, Mexico, and beyond. We care deeply about our customers and foster a culture where our company, people and Pros grow and succeed together—no matter where they’re based. Leadership is as focused on growing team members’ careers as they expect their teams to be on creating solutions for Pros.
We also offer:
A generous benefits program that supports the whole you with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k)
Paid holidays and flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off
Equity in a rapidly growing startup backed by top-tier VCs
Monthly tech reimbursements
A culture built on innovation that values big ideas, no matter where they come from
Role Overview
As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you drive the development and execution of product strategies across the Estimates experience, spanning the templates, pricing, and estimate workflows that Pros use to win and price jobs. You balance long-term planning with tactical execution, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to bring innovative products to market and enhance existing ones. You define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure initiatives align with company objectives while delivering measurable business impact.
At this level, you lead high-impact, complex product initiatives that require cross-organizational alignment and coordination. Estimates cannot move without touching adjacent product areas (Price Book, Jobs, Customers), so you drive alignment across teams without owning every surface. You anticipate industry trends, leverage data-driven insights, and develop frameworks to scale product development. Your expertise allows you to influence company-wide product strategies while maintaining a strong customer focus.
You serve as a mentor and coach to developing product team members, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels enables you to deliver transformative solutions that optimize the user experience and achieve business goals.
Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Their success is our success.
What you do each day:
Define and execute product vision and strategy across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
Anticipate market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape future product direction
Establish scalable frameworks for prioritization and decision-making across teams
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop high-impact solutions
Write detailed requirements and resolve edge cases up front with a remote engineering team, proactively flagging gaps and proposing alternatives
Navigate dependencies on adjacent domains (Price Book, Jobs, Customers) and drive alignment across their owners
Shape and refine user experience through research, user testing, and data-driven insights
Own and maintain a rolling, quarterly-planned product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with short-term execution needs
Maintain living product documentation and problem-statement one-pagers, monitor key performance indicators, and use insights to drive continuous improvement
Shape the AI direction for Estimates while mentoring and supporting developing product team members and contributing to the growth of the product management team
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex product initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
Proven ability to drive alignment across adjacent product domains and business functions without owning every surface
Experience partnering with detail-oriented, remote engineering teams, including limited time zone overlap, and writing complete, edge-case-aware requirements
Expertise in using growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
Strong knowledge of agile development, product strategy, and user experience best practices
Experience with pricing, quoting, or estimating workflows (e.g., field service, construction, or B2B SaaS)
What will help you succeed:
Passion for user experience and deep customer empathy
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging data to drive business impact
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to align multiple teams toward a shared vision while maintaining execution excellence
Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience mentoring and developing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
Comfort working asynchronously and communicating clearly across time zones
