A global financial institution is hiring a senior Full Stack Lead to take technical ownership of a portfolio of internal enterprise web applications. The environment is centered on Angular and .NET, with newer applications beginning to incorporate React. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The successful candidate will own applications, make architecture and design decisions, review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical direction to a distributed Scrum team. The position is best suited for someone who wants senior-level influence while remaining close to engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the design, development, and ongoing evolution of enterprise web applications.Develop and guide solutions across Angular, .NET/.NET Core, APIs, SQL Server, and related application layers.Make architecture and technical-design decisions for enhancements and modernization work.Lead code reviews and establish strong development and peer-review practices.Provide technical direction to distributed development resources.Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end, backend, API, and database layers.Improve CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and application-engineering processes.Evaluate modern frameworks, libraries, and development tooling. Role Requirements 8+ years of progressive full-stack software-development experience.Deep hands-on Angular experience.Strong C# and .NET / .NET Core development experience.Experience owning applications or major application components.Strong solution-design and architecture capability.Experience designing REST APIs and service-oriented applications.SQL Server experience.Experience leading or technically directing other developers.Strong code-review and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work effectively with distributed Agile teams. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE React.Azure.Azure API Management.CI/CD pipeline design and deployment automation.Containerization.AI-assisted development tooling such as GitHub Copilot.
