Job description

OUR MISSION: Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement. Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far. Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them. Find out more about the team and life at Omnea here youtube.com. What we’re looking for We’re hiring Account Executives to help build our New York team. This role is for hungry sellers who want to own deals end to end and grow faster than a normal sales career allows. Omnea is building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. We’ve raised $75M, including a $50M Series B from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine and First Round Capital. We’ve grown ARR more than 3x in the last 12 months, with 40% of that in Q3 alone. We’ve kept retention above 99% with customers like PayPal, Spotify, Albertsons, Adecco and McAfee. North America is now our biggest market, bringing in 65% of new business ARR. The opportunity is huge: under 20% of enterprises use modern procurement software today, and Gartner expects that to reach 50% by 2027. Why sellers join Omnea - The number gets hit. The team finished Q3 at 131% of target. - You’re selling at a company built by a seller. Ben, our founder, came up through sales. Ben and Abs, our CCO, are directly involved in deals. Deal reviews are how we spend our time, not a box we tick. - You’ll learn craft, not a script. Every deal is different. We win by understanding each customer’s pain, tech stack and competitive set, then positioning accordingly. - There’s a real path up. Our best AEs go on to run a geography, sector or team, and we expect this hire to become a future commercial leader. Who thrives here Our best sellers love building as much as closing. They try new ideas without waiting for permission, back themselves in front of senior buyers, and go the extra mile for the meeting that matters. If you want to help shape how a sales team works, you’ll fit right in. As one of our AEs puts it: “You’re not just handed a playbook, you get to write it.” What you’ll do - Own the full sales cycle: build your pipeline, run complex deals with many stakeholders, and close. - Sell to CFOs and procurement leaders at fast-growing mid-market and enterprise businesses (roughly 300 to 8,000 employees). - Help shape how we sell by testing messaging and outbound, and building processes as you go. - Become the best person in the company at explaining and pitching the product. - Work closely with product, engineering and customer success, and use what you hear from customers to help steer the roadmap. - Go beyond a normal sales role, helping with marketing, events, community and onboarding when needed. - Build a name for yourself in the space through events across the US. About you - You have 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales or something comparable, and you’ve consistently finished at or near the top of your team. - If you haven’t sold B2B before, you’ve excelled at something genuinely hard that shows grit and staying power. If you’re earlier in your career, our Commercial Associate role may be a better fit. - You’re ambitious and competitive, and you care a lot about your career. You know winning takes dedication, and you think it’s worth it. - You pick up a technical product quickly and can explain it without leaning on a sales engineer. - You have good commercial instincts and can build rapport with anyone, from a junior operator to a CFO. - You communicate clearly in writing, on calls and in the room. - You’re entrepreneurial, and maybe you want to build your own company one day. Our Future Founders Fund offers $250k in seed funding to Omneans who do. At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else!
