Job Description
Our client, a law practice based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a part time Paralegal/Legal assistant with litigation experience to provide part-time, remote support to a solo attorney. The firm primarily focuses on development, brokerage, and law-firm transition matters, but is currently handling a litigation matter that requires additional administrative and litigation support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, preferably with Los Angeles Superior Court, and be comfortable working independently on document preparation, formatting, filing, service, calendaring, and case organization.

•
Manage litigation calendaring and track upcoming deadlines, hearings, and filing dates.
•
Assist with document retention, organization, and production.
•

•
Research and confirm applicable filing and formatting requirements for the assigned judge and department.
•
Provide general litigation administrative support as needed.
•
Communicate proactively with the attorney regarding deadlines, workload, timing, and priorities.

•
