They are hiring Engineering Managers to lead full stack teams building highly available, distributed claims systems on AWS. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide architecture and code quality, grow your engineers, and work directly with client stakeholders. What you'll do Lead one or more full stack engineering teams of Technical Leads and Engineers Guide design and development of distributed claims services in Python and Go or Java on AWS and Kubernetes Run technical design reviews and set coding and architecture standards Drive automation across CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing and operations Own delivery commitments, risks and escalations for your teams Hire, mentor and develop engineers Lead your team's adoption of AI-assisted development What you'll bring 10+ years of software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering leadership Expert-level Python plus Go or Java Deep hands-on AWS experience, including containers on EKS / Kubernetes Strong distributed systems fundamentals: fault tolerance, messaging (Kafka, SQS/SNS) and data partitioning Infrast View role & apply BRAMKAS Inc
