Job description

LESS COMPLEXITY. MORE DENTISTRY. MORE IMPACT. At Videa, we help dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI. Oral health is health. Dentists are protectors of societal wellness. We build technology that enhances the moment of care, amplifies clinical expertise, and makes proactive oral healthcare the norm. Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading. THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own Videa's most important customer relationships and set the standard for how we manage our largest accounts as the company scales. This is a senior, executive-facing role, not a traditional account management position. You will operate as the single point of accountability for a small number of Videa's most strategic DSO partners — trusted by their executives, credible with their clinicians, and relentless about turning what we've promised into what we deliver. As Videa's strategic accounts function matures, this role carries a clear path toward building and leading the team behind it. You will partner closely with our CEO, CRO, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Clinical to keep our organization accountable to the commitments that matter most to these customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EXECUTIVE RELATIONSHIP & ACCOUNT STRATEGY - Own the end-to-end relationship and account strategy for a small portfolio of Videa's most strategic DSO partners, from executive sponsors to practicing clinicians - Build and evolve a long-term account strategy that deepens trust, expands adoption, and positions Videa as an indispensable partner to each account - Represent these accounts at the executive level internally, and represent Videa's roadmap and priorities to the customer with clarity and credibility COMMERCIAL OWNERSHIP & GROWTH - Own the commercial health of your accounts — retention, adoption, and expansion — in close partnership with our CRO, who leads contract negotiation - Translate contractual commitments into a clear, shared plan, and hold both Videa and the customer accountable to it - Identify and help develop growth opportunities within your accounts as trust and value compound over time CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROGRAM LEADERSHIP - Run the internal operating rhythm that keeps Engineering, Product, and Clinical aligned and accountable to what's been committed to your accounts - Establish a cadence of executive business reviews, account plans, and reporting that gives leadership real visibility into account health - Build the playbook and governance model this function will run on as it extends to more of Videa's strategic accounts WHAT YOU BRING - 7+ years managing large, complex, executive-level customer relationships in enterprise SaaS, health tech, or a similarly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment - A demonstrated ability to turn around a stalled or underperforming account, and the ability to speak concretely to what changed and why - Real program and project management discipline — you plan, sequence, and drive cross-functional work to completion, not just the relationship - Executive presence that travels: equally credible with a C-suite sponsor and a frontline practitioner in the same week - Commercial fluency — comfortable partnering on contract terms and revenue outcomes without owning negotiation yourself - A track record of building structure and discipline into a relationship or process where little existed before BONUS POINTS - Experience with DSOs, multi-site healthcare groups, or other complex, regulated customer bases - A background in management consulting, business operations, or program leadership before moving into a customer-facing role - A track record of earning trust quickly with both technical and clinical stakeholders WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS - You will own some of the most consequential customer relationships at Videa, with direct visibility to our CEO and executive team - You will help define what world-class strategic account management looks like here, as this function grows - You will work on technology clinicians rely on every day, in service of the accounts most central to Videa's growth - You will build the model that Videa's future account management organization is built on WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK HERE We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck. We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients. WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive compensation and meaningful equity - Unlimited PTO - 100% company-paid dental and vision coverage - Generous medical contributions - The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day - A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care The base salary range for this role is $170,000–$180,000, with a variable bonus of $40,000–$50,000 tied to net revenue retention (NRR) and account retention. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable. DO NOT MEET EVERY REQUIREMENT? Apply anyway. We are not looking for perfect resumes. We are looking for the right teammate who is excited to contribute to our mission and grow with us. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Videa is committed to building an equitable, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Diverse teams build better products and better healthcare. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We have raised more than $67 million from world-class investors, including Threshold Ventures, Spark Capital, Zetta Venture, and Pillar VC, as well as leaders such as Frederic Kerrest, co-founder of Okta. Our work has been featured in TechCrunch and The Wall Street Journal. If you want to join a breakthrough health technology company and accelerate its impact, we encourage you to apply. E-Verify Participation Notice: Videa participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States.
