This is recruiting with a bigger purpose. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll become a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, HR partners and business leaders across Nemours. You’ll help translate growth and workforce needs into smart, proactive recruiting strategies, building both immediate solutions and long-term talent pipelines. What You’ll Do • Partner strategically with hiring leaders to understand current and anticipated workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with Nemours’ Next Frontier goals. • Build diverse talent pipelines rather than waiting for candidates to come to you, using sourcing, social media, networking, career fairs and other channels. • Own full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, pre-selection, offer management, hiring and onboarding support. • Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, recruiting responsibilities and legal requirements. • Use data to make recruiting better , partnering on HR dashboards and metrics such as time to fill, vacancy rate, internal hiring and recruitment effectiveness. • Create an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers through responsive communication and strong relationship management. • Help reinvent how we recruit , using continuous improvement and lean methodology to identify opportunities to strengthen the hiring and onboarding experience. • Stay connected to emerging recruiting practices through industry networking, conferences, career fairs, training, social media and sourcing technology. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and excited by growth. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, building relationships with leaders while keeping multiple searches moving forward. Qualifications include: • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. • Healthcare and high-volume recruiting experience preferred. • Experience managing a 40–45 requisition workload required. • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates and building talent pipelines. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Oracle experience preferred. • Experience using social media, job boards, search tools and other digital channels to identify talent. • Experience supporting virtual and in-person career fairs required. Why Nemours? Because joining Talent Acquisition at Nemours means helping shape the teams behind a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Nemours is focused on more than treating illness. Our mission extends across clinical care, research, advocacy, education and prevention , with a focus on helping every child thrive. Inclusion and belonging are also embedded in the organization’s growth and strategy, including efforts to provide culturally relevant care and reduce health disparities. If you love recruiting, enjoy building relationships, and want the opportunity to help an expanding children’s health system find the people who will shape its future, we’d love to meet you. Come grow with Nemours Children’s Health and help us build the workforce behind the healthiest generations of children.
