Own and refine Chronograph's positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions, informed by a genuine point of view on the market, competitive landscape, and where Chronograph wins. Grow the Chronograph community through forums, webinars, and events, and empower customer advocates to explore new use cases. Maintain a current map of our ICPs and personas to support Marketing, Sales, and Account Management needs. Exceptional writing, with the ability to turn complex features into sharp messaging with a focus on value proposition that lands with both technical and non-technical financial audiences. Strong opinions on visual design, formatting, and presenting information in a clear and appealing way. Finance and private markets knowledge. You understand the culture, personalities, pain points, and structure of private capital firms and markets and know how to communicate with that audience. Hands-on experience owning sales enablement, release coordination, and / or client-facing deliverables whether that is sales collateral, product announcements, roadmap updates, user guides, fundraising decks, or other enterprise software and/or finance deliverables.
