Job description

Manager, Partner Marketing Location: In-office – travel as needed for client and partner meetings· Reports to : VP of Marketing· Department: Marketing About eMed ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── The GLP-1 era didn't create America's metabolic crisis. It just made it impossible to look away. Roughly 90% of U.S. healthcare spending goes to chronic disease that begins in metabolism, and for decades the system's answer was to wait for a massive health issue, then send the bill. eMed was built to get there first. We are at the epicenter of healthcare transformation an AI enabled platform. We put diagnostic-grade blood testing on people's kitchen tables, clinicians on their screens in minutes, and real biomarkers at the center of every decision. Today we offer GLP-1 management, where employers facing double-digit cost increases need programs that actually work. That's where we're winning. It is not where we stop. Cardiometabolic risk gets caught years before it becomes a claim that's we're building. If you've spent your career watching healthcare treat consequences, come help us treat causes. The Role eMed is hiring a Manager, Partner Marketing to support our Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success teams and the employers, brokers, and channel partners they serve. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, client marketing, and lifecycle communications — responsible for the materials and tactics that move a prospective partner from first conversation through signed contract, and that keep an existing client engaged, informed, and expanding throughout the relationship. What You'll Do • Work with the Partnerships team to adapt materials to support both pre-sale and post-sale needs • Partner with Customer Success to build post-sale materials • Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships and Customer Success, ensuring a consistent brand voice and narrative from first pitch through renewal. • Partner with the design team to maintain a scalable library of sales enablement assets — templates, one-pagers, case studies, and talking points — that Partnerships and Customer Success can leverage as needed. • Own project timelines across multiple concurrent client and partner accounts, balancing speed with accuracy and brand consistency. • Collect and operationalize client and partner feedback to continuously improve messaging, formats, and the overall marketing toolkit. • Coordinate with clinical, legal, and compliance stakeholders to ensure all client-facing materials are accurately sourced and approved. What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, client marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally in healthcare, benefits, or B2B2C environments. • A track record of building marketing materials that support both new business development and existing account growth. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This is an individual contributor role, so success depends on how well you can align and drive output through sales, partnerships, customer success, clinical, and legal teams without formal authority over them. • Project management skills to run multiple client and partner workstreams at once without dropping details. • Experience in digital health, employee benefits, or population health is a strong plus . How Success Is Measured • Speed and quality of materials delivered to Partnerships / Customer Success • Consistency of brand voice and narrative across the full partner and client lifecycle. • Growth of a reusable, scalable marketing asset library that reduces one-off production requests over time. Why eMed You'll help shape how a clinician-led digital health company tells its story to the employers and partners who are reshaping GLP-1 access and population health in America. You'll work closely with leadership and clinical experts, and your materials will directly influence deals and renewals that affect real member outcomes. • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k with Company Match) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Paid Time Off • Short Term & Long-Term Disability • Training & Development • Catered Breakfast and Lunch Daily, Plus Snacks • Wellness Resources
