Job description

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office. Red Ventures Growth & Transformation empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services and financial services ecosystems, ranging from telecommunications and deregulated energy to credit cards and deposits. As a Red Ventures company, we have more than 20 years of experience building strategic, long-standing relationships with some of the world’s most powerful brands across industries like financial services, retail, real estate, and entertainment. We believe the next phase of advantage will come from integrated operating systems that connect decisioning, execution, intelligence, and governance into a shared foundation that improves over time. RVGT is investing in that future through our Growth Operating System, a set of reusable workflows, agents, context layers, and governance mechanisms designed to help our teams and our partners drive growth more efficiently, more intelligently, and at greater scale. Our product organization transforms clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and ML. We are seeking a Director of AI Product Management to own acquisition and digital operations for one of our clients. In this role, you will lead a team designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows that materially improve our client’s economics. You will translate partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights into clear product roadmaps, while working directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions, align on priorities, and guide key product decisions. We expect this leader to be deeply technical, analytically rigorous, and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the ability to find signal in ambiguity, and the judgment to identify where AI can create meaningful value within the broader partner strategy. You are comfortable operating close to the details, solving complex analytical and technical problems, and being hands-on when needed to drive our hardest challenges. Your ability to influence key stakeholders enables your team to be an agent of change driving growth. This role will have significant visibility across our client services division. You will work closely with senior leaders across product, technology, data, and client teams and serve as a credible strategic partner to the client on the products you lead. You will bring strong product judgment, help stakeholders navigate complex decisions, and build confidence in the path from opportunity to measurable business impact. What You’ll Do: Identify & drive initiatives: Generate the product roadmap for the client partnership and lead multiple AI product initiatives, ensuring alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, customer needs, and broader RVGT strategy. Develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with business and client stakeholders. Translate vision into action: Turn high-level strategy into actionable workstreams, defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans in partnership with product team members and cross-functional leads. Create clarity and alignment. Own outcomes: Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership and client partners, shaping the go-forward for each workstream to ensure it’s positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands-on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks and hurdles Advance the Operating System: Build and deploy agentic workflows across your workstreams in partnership with our central teams. Ensure delivery learnings are turned into reusable capabilities that strengthen the broader system over time Develop talent: Manage and develop a team of product managers at various levels, creating specific plans, providing hands-on product and analytical support, delegating appropriate work, and instilling a performance-driven environment through clear expectations, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements What We’re Looking For: Commercially grounded: You bring an entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong commercial instincts, identifying where value can be unlocked and the levers that drive measurable improvements in business outcomes, connecting product decisions to both near-term value and long-term strategy. Relationship-driven: You build durable relationships with client counterparts and internal leaders, understanding their motivations and constraints, and using these partnerships to shape decisions, secure alignment, and accelerate impact Technical fluency: You have a strong technical and data foundation that enables you to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists, understand relevant algorithms, translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate product development. Customer centric: High-level of customer empathy with the ability to diagnose the core of the problem. You have a great taste for UX and design to help bring solutions to life Deeply curious: You have a genuine drive to understand how the world is changing and how emerging AI capabilities can be applied in practice. You invest time in staying close to new developments, forming clear opinions on what makes systems effective, and bringing that perspective into product strategy, team leadership, and execution. Experiences You've Had: End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work. Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Built from experience: You’ve worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, whether evaluating model behavior, running analyses (sql, python), building agents, or optimizing data pipelines, giving you the practical grounding to lead teams and make informed technical decisions Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals.
