You can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintain momentum from discovery through implementation, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business audiences. You bring a high degree of ownership and accountability, use sound judgment when coordinating sensitive or compliance-related work, and are comfortable holding teams aligned to commitments and outcomes. While prior experience in healthcare, insurance, CRM platforms, or sales operations is helpful, success in this role is rooted in transferable skills such as project execution, relationship building, process improvement, change management, and operational excellence.
