This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. Red Ventures Growth & Transformation empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem, ranging from telecommunications and security to energy and home automation. As a Red Ventures company, we have more than 20 years of experience building strategic, long-standing relationships with some of the world’s most powerful brands across industries like financial services, retail, real estate, and entertainment. We believe the next phase of advantage will come from integrated operating systems that connect decisioning, execution, intelligence, and governance into a shared foundation that improves over time. RVGT is investing in that future through our Growth Operating System, a set of reusable workflows, agents, context layers, and governance mechanisms designed to help our teams and our partners drive growth more efficiently, more intelligently, and at greater scale. Our product organization transforms our clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and ML. We are seeking an AI Product Manager to join one of our delivery teams. In this role, you’ll help design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-native products and agentic workflows to solve partner and customer challenges, ensuring our team delivers measurable business value. You will be responsible for establishing workstream strategies, setting roadmaps for the team, impacting KPIs, and utilizing end-user feedback to determine what to do next. We expect the person in this role to be deeply analytical and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong intuition on how modern AI systems work in production, the analytical rigor to uncover signals in ambiguity, and the critical thinking to reason through where AI can truly create value - not just what to build, but why it matters and how to execute. We're looking for a builder, someone who has shipped AI-native solutions, actively uses agents to accelerate their work, and has a genuine affinity for the space. This role will have a high level of visibility across the industry group. You will be the point-person for key feature sets partnering with multiple senior leads while working cross-functionally across the greater team and our Central Technology group. Your contribution to the organization will be multifaceted. We are looking for someone who has a strong data foundation, can effectively collaborate with their development team, and can influence business decisions using their expertise and communication skills. What You'll Do: Drive scoped initiatives end to end : Lead workstreams from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals and business strategy, and translating larger initiatives into clear requirements, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with peers and stakeholders. Execute through the Growth Operating System: Leverage agents and reusable workflows to complete high-quality work across strategy, analytics, experimentation, and product development. Actively improve the system by enhancing context, codifying repeatable tasks, refining agents, and strengthening evaluations based on what you learn through execution. Own outcomes tied to P&L : Accountable for your product’s performance - design, experiments, define, KPIs, and independently analyze customer interactions to understand impact and inform iterations. Influence through communication : Establish regular communication with product leadership, stakeholders, and/or client counterparts, crafting data-driven narratives that connect progress and outcomes to business impact and tradeoffs. Mentor junior teammates : Support junior talent, coaching on product, technical, and analytical skillsets. Who You Are: Commercial alignment: You have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, able to identify levers that drive measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and operational performance Deeply curious: You have a genuine drive to understand how the world is changing and how emerging AI capabilities can be applied in practice. You’re the first to dive into the advancements in technology to find ways to create leverage in your day to day Customer centric: High-level of customer empathy with the ability to diagnose the core of the problem. You have a great taste for UX and design to help bring solutions to life Bias to action: You are a proactive problem solver. You can discern input from multiple stakeholders, integrate data-driven insights with intuition, and prioritize workstreams effectively to maximize effectiveness and efficiency Systems thinker: You think beyond the immediate problem, identifying how decisions, workflows, data, and experiences connect. You anticipate downstream impacts and look for ways to create solutions that are scalable, reusable, and durable. Experiences You’ve Had: End-to-end involvement : Participated across the lifecycle - from identifying opportunities to measurement and optimization of your production-grade solution Hands-on analytical: Fluent in data-related programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and operating with LLM/Automation systems (e.g., AgentCore, Claude Cowork, Gemini, Zapier). You’ve been responsible for diving into data and models vs. relying on other teams to pull insights for you. Value creation: Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI/ML, including driving behavior change, optimizing key metrics, and demonstrating clear ROI Stakeholder engagement: Experience collaborating with stakeholders, partaking in discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and executing work towards jointly defined expectations. Compensation: Total Cash Compensation Range: $127,000 - $155,000 per year Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
