ABOUT THE ROLE Madison Davis is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Accounting & Finance Temporary Staffing team. This person will focus on recruiting and placing accounting and finance professionals into temporary, contract, and consulting assignments with our clients. This is a production-focused recruiting role for someone who understands how to move quickly, build strong candidate relationships, manage multiple active searches, and consistently deliver qualified talent against client needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit Accounting & Finance professionals for temporary, contract, and consulting opportunitiesManage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and initial outreach through screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and startBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Accounting & Finance skill setsPartner closely with Account Managers and Business Development professionals to understand client requirements and prioritize open positionsSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreachConduct detailed candidate interviews to evaluate technical experience, compensation, availability, career goals, and overall fitPresent qualified candidates quickly and accurately against active client requirementsMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview, placement, and assignment processRe-engage existing candidates and build long-term relationships that generate repeat placements and referralsManage a high volume of open positions while maintaining quality and urgencyMaintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline information within SalesforceStay current on the Accounting & Finance talent market, including compensation, candidate availability, hiring trends, and competitive activityConsistently meet individual recruiting, submission, placement, and gross margin goals Candidate Profile 4+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience, ideally within Accounting & FinanceStrong experience recruiting for temporary, contract, or consulting positionsProven ability to manage a high-volume recruiting desk and multiple active searches simultaneouslyStrong sourcing and candidate-generation skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environmentStrong understanding of Accounting & Finance roles and terminologyAbility to build credibility quickly with candidates at multiple levelsHighly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detailCompetitive, motivated, and comfortable being held accountable to production goalsExperience using an ATS or CRM;Salesforce experience is a plus Typical Searches The Senior Recruiter may support searches including: Staff and Senior AccountantsAccounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableFinancial AnalystsSenior Financial AnalystsAccounting ManagersControllersFP&A professionalsPayroll professionalsInternal AuditTaxTreasuryFinance and Accounting ConsultantsProject-based Accounting & Finance professionals What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building a reliable network of Accounting & Finance talent, developing a strong candidate pipeline before positions open, responding quickly when client needs arise, and consistently converting searches into starts and profitable temporary placements.
