Job description

This is a remote position. What We Do At Outsource Access, we help commercial real estate firms transform complex property data into high-stakes marketing assets. We don’t just move images around on a page—we make sure every listing is presented with the professional polish and precision required to close multimillion-dollar deals. How You’ll Make a Difference • The Professional Edge: You take raw data and broker notes and turn them into sleek, high-end property brochures that command attention and drive investor interest. • Seamless Execution: By mastering our "plug-and-play" Adobe InDesign systems, you ensure that marketing collateral moves from concept to launch with zero friction. • Brand Consistency: You serve as the guardian of visual standards, ensuring every floor plan, logo, and layout is perfectly aligned and aesthetically consistent across all listing platforms. • Scaling the Vision: Beyond design, you contribute to building the playbooks and SOPs that will allow this firm to scale from a single-person operation to a powerhouse team. Requirements Is This You? • Precision-Driven: You are a detail-obsessed designer who finds satisfaction in perfect margins, clean layouts, and error-free typography rather than "over-the-top" experimental art. • System-Oriented: You enjoy working within established templates and processes, finding ways to be efficient and fast without sacrificing quality. • Growth-Minded: You are looking for more than just a design gig; you are interested in the "big picture" of a business and are eager to grow into more responsibility as the team expands. • Tech-Savvy: You are a power user of Adobe InDesign (this is your home base), with strong skills in Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and a working knowledge of Photoshop. • Your Home Office: You have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a distraction-free workspace, and a professional-grade computer capable of handling heavy Adobe Creative Cloud files smoothly. Benefits Why You’ll Love Being Part of the OAmazing Team You’re not just taking a job — you’re stepping into a role where your growth, security, and peace of mind actually matter. Here is the total package we’ve built for you: • Your Wellness & Security Health & Wellness — Covered: You get comprehensive HMO coverage with a top provider so you can focus on work without worrying about medical bills. • Security for the “What Ifs”: Our Group Life Insurance benefit gives you added protection — because your future (and your family’s) deserves a safety net. • Time to Recharge — Guilt-Free: We support your well-being with paid leave credits that allow you to rest, reset, and show up as your best self — at work and at home. • Support You Can Count On: We take care of all government-mandated benefits, so everything is handled properly and on time. Your Financial Rewards • Performance Incentives: Bring results — and you’ll see it rewarded. Simple as that. • Premium Pay: When you put in the time, we honor it. You receive Overtime Pay for extra miles and Night Differential for supporting the team during late hours. • 13th Month Pay: A well-earned bonus to celebrate the results of your year’s effort.
