Job Description Our client, a global entertainment company, is seeking a Revenue Accountant to support revenue recognition, month-end close activities, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring revenue accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with ERP systems. Candidates with media or advertising industry experience are encouraged to apply. • Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Role Overview: • Contract Role: 8-9 months • Pay: $35-40/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099) • Schedule: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch Responsibilities: • Review contracts and sales orders to ensure accurate revenue recognition and system setup • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, revenue calculations, and reconciliations • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and assist with revenue accounting processes • Partner with sales, client services, and operations teams to resolve order and revenue-related issues • Assist with audit requests, SOX compliance activities, revenue analysis, and special projects Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 2+ years of accounting experience, experience within the advertising or media industry is preferred • Experience with revenue accounting and revenue recognition • Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP S4/HANA, or a comparable ERP system • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills • Exposure to Salesforce and/or Operative One is a plus The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
