Job description

Why ReachMobi? At ReachMobi, there are no ceilings. You are the owner and architect of your career path, with no one-size-fits-all model. We are both visionaries and builders, operating without bureaucracy or red tape. Our ethos is simple: have an idea in the morning, ship it by the afternoon, and have data by the evening. No matter your role, you operate as a founder, building, scaling, and continuously growing into what’s next. As an incubator for app studios, we provide the technology, leadership, and resources needed to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses. We don’t just build apps, we build the companies behind them and the future CEOs who lead them. Role Overview This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving growth strategy while actively operating within key acquisition channels. We are looking to bridge a critical gap between tactical media buying and high-level growth strategy. This role will serve as a central force in both developing players and driving systemic impact, ensuring we are not just running campaigns, but building scalable growth engines. This role is designed for a “player-coach” who can both execute at a high level and elevate the performance of a team. You will identify growth opportunities, pressure-test performance, and build repeatable systems that drive measurable improvements in user growth, retention, and LTV. You will work closely with Product, Analytics, and Finance to ensure acquisition efforts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with long-term business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and drive user acquisition performance across a portfolio of mobile apps, with accountability for key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback Manage and optimize marketing budgets, making real-time decisions on scaling, pausing, or reallocating spend based on performance Ability to boot up new buy platforms from 0 to 1 to 10 Build and run a high-velocity experimentation culture across creative, audience, and funnel performance Develop and execute testing roadmaps that drive measurable improvements beyond channel-level optimization Establish repeatable processes and systems that improve performance and scalability Leverage automation, AI, and tooling to increase efficiency and unlock new capabilities Lead and actively contribute within acquisition channels, continuously improving bids, targeting, creative, and overall efficiency Identify performance gaps and opportunities, and take action to improve results across campaigns and funnels Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, partners, and distribution strategies Act as the day-to-day leader for acquisition efforts, ensuring strong execution and accountability across the team Develop and mentor team members through direct coaching, feedback, and clear performance expectations Raise the performance bar by identifying gaps, challenging assumptions, and driving continuous improvement Qualifications 5- 8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition Proven track record scaling user growth on mobile apps or digital products Hands-on experience managing and optimizing meaningful marketing budgets (7-figure+) Experience operating against business outcomes such as LTV, ROAS, payback, and profit margins Strong expertise in paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads (UAC, Display) and Meta Ads Experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, or mobile ad networks Strong understanding of mobile attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, SQL, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into clear, actionable insights Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on executor while leading and developing others Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and ownership Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Why This Role Direct ownership of one of the most critical growth levers of the business Opportunity to build and scale a high-performing growth engine High visibility with leadership and ability to drive meaningful impact Ability to shape how growth is executed across a portfolio of products Values At ReachMobi, our core values guide how we work, make decisions, and show up every day. We move fast, take ownership, and focus on delivering results that matter. We rely on data to guide our decisions, challenge ourselves to continuously improve, and stay focused on winning as a team. We operate without drama or ego, treating others with respect and keeping our attention on the work. Together, these values set clear expectations for accountability, collaboration, and performance across the company. Data Driven: We speak in data and act on what matters. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions, and we use data to focus on the work that has the greatest impact. Get Sh*t Done: We move fast, take ownership, and deliver. We focus on action over process and don’t get stuck in unnecessary meetings or red tape. Everyone is empowered to solve problems, follow through, and get the work across the finish line. Beat the Goat: We challenge the best and keep iterating until we win. We don’t settle for “good enough,” and we don’t wait for permission to make things better. This value reflects a relentless focus on results, the courage to take smart risks, and the discipline to keep pushing forward when things get hard. We take ownership, learn quickly, and adapt until we find the right solution. No Drama, No Egos, No As*holes: Drama distracts. Ego isolates. We focus on the work. Drama is distracting, and we can’t win when ego gets in the way. We treat others with respect, regardless of title or role, and we don’t let hierarchy define how we collaborate. When we leave drama at the door and put ego aside, we create an environment where teams can focus, trust each other, and win together.
