• Experience operating databases in regulated / enterprise environments
• Strong hands on experience with Azure messaging services
• Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints)
• Azure AD / managed identities
• Encryption, access control, and compliance requirements
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Experience with backup, HA/DR, and patching strategies
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
