Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 10+ years of software development experience. • 3+ years of experience in Technical Lead or Lead Engineer roles. • Strong expertise in: o Google Cloud Platform (GCP) o BigQuery o Cloud Spanner o Java 8/11/17 o Spring Boot o ReactJS o Apache Kafka o Cassandra • Experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture. • Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and cloud architecture. • Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills. Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical design and development of cloud-native applications on GCP. • Define technical architecture and implementation strategies for scalable and highly available systems. • Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. • Design and develop microservices using Java Spring Boot. • Lead front-end development initiatives using ReactJS. • Build and optimize real-time event-driven architectures using Kafka. • Design and manage high-performance distributed databases using Cassandra. • Develop large-scale data solutions leveraging BigQuery and Cloud Spanner. • Guide DevOps, CI/CD, security, and cloud governance practices. • Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and performance optimization sessions. • Mentor and support developers and engineers across multiple project teams. • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
