We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Developer who is not only strong technically but can lead and influence others to be innovative, motivated, and diligent software engineers for a fast-growing web solution and consulting company. Applicants with the ability to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills are desired, along with the ability to interact with clients technically. You will be a member of our development team in a highly fast pace and cutting-edge environment Location: Remote Role Description: • Provide technical leadership while responsible for development and implementation of standards to deliver high quality software. • Collaborate with a team comprised of both technical and non-technical members to support projects. • Experience with / ability to work with clients to define requirements (including UI mockups and functionality requirements), work through User-Acceptance testing scenarios (including problem resolution, design and scope changes), and achieving final application sign-off. • Drive and instill a culture of innovation that drives us to deliver the best user experience for our products by empowering your team to own the experience. • Participate in Agile sprint planning and code reviews • Innovate software development processes and end-user products with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and/or business growth opportunities Skills & Requirements: • 7+ years’ experience in the Software development space using Microsoft’s platform, ideally with API development. • Proven ability to lead a software development team • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with extended team members • Documented course work or previous job experience with .NET, HTML and SQL required, JavaScript Frameworks a strong plus. • Familiarity with the software development life cycle • Ability to multitask and be involved in several different concurrent projects. • Experience with back-end and front-end development with Microsoft .NET Framework Lumen Resources: At Lumen Resources you will be partnering with trained recruiters who will guide you through discovering a brighter future.
