Job description

Who Are We: Comply is the leading provider of compliance SaaS and consulting services for the global financial services sector. With more than 5,000 clients and hundreds of employees across the globe, Comply empowers Chief Compliance Officers and their teams to proactively manage regulatory obligations, mitigate risk, and scale with efficiency and confidence. Comply serves thousands of global financial services clients including broker-dealers, insurers, investment banks, private funds, RIAs, and wealth managers who rely on Comply offerings to power their compliance programs. To learn more about Comply, visit comply.com About the role Comply is looking for an Install Base Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of existing clients through expansion, cross-sell, and trusted partnership. You’ll own a book of existing Comply customers and be measured on making them grow and driving expansion revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and deeper product adoption while keeping accounts healthy and renewing. You’ll map whitespace across each account, run solution-oriented conversations that surface new needs, and multi-thread from the compliance officer up to the C-suite to build the case for more. You’ll manage an accurate pipeline and forecast in Gong and Salesforce, and show up in person at client meetings and industry seminars as the face of Comply’s ongoing partnership. When your accounts adopt more, expand budgets, and stay for the long haul, you’re the reason net revenue retention climbs. You’ll love this role if you enjoy growing existing relationships, spotting where our solutions solve real problems, and owning a book you can expand. What you’ll do • Own a book of existing accounts, accountable for net revenue retention, gross retention, and expansion. • Build account plans that map current footprint, unadopted modules/users (whitespace), and clear expansion paths. • Run solution-oriented conversations and extend into adjacent business units and use cases once value is proven. • Work across various stakeholders, from compliance officers to the C-suite. • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Gong and Salesforce, using product-usage signals to time expansion. • Represent Comply at client meetings, industry seminars, and internal sales events. What success looks like in your first 90 days • You know your book and have built rapport with your key accounts. • You’ve built a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities. • You’re forecasting accurately and tracking toward your retention and expansion targets. What you’ll bring Must-have • 4+ years of sales or account management in financial services, SaaS, or fintech. • Track record of meeting or exceeding expansion/retention targets. • Working knowledge of the regulatory/compliance landscape for investment advisers, hedge funds, PE, and other institutions. • Ability to translate a complex solution set into business value. • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong. • Excellent organization, self-motivation, and comfort with ambiguity. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Nice-to-have • Experience with a customer success / usage-analytics platform (e.g., Gainsight, Catalyst) for spotting expansion timing. The all-in total compensation for this role is $158,000 and $170,000 , and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $60,000 - $70,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
