Search-Social Integration: Connect paid social strategy with GEO insights to ensure brand messaging is aligned across both social feeds and AI discovery platforms. Social Intelligence, Analytics & Listening Data Aggregation & Performance Reporting: Extract performance metrics across paid social campaigns and aggregate data to build weekly, monthly, and post-campaign analytical reporting decks. Social Intelligence & Listening: Utilize enterprise social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, YouScan, Quid, Sprinklr) to monitor share of voice, emerging disease-state conversation trends, competitor paid activity, and audience sentiment. Dashboard Management: Maintain and update client analytics dashboards and reporting templates to ensure data accuracy and real-time visibility into KPI performance. Client Relations Paid Media & Analytics Advisory: Interact directly with clients to answer technical questions regarding paid media execution, social listening findings, platform algorithm updates, and GEO trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal creative, strategy, media planning, and account management teams to optimize creative ad assets based on real-time performance data and social listening insights. Search: Hands on experience supporting paid search campaigns in Google Ads, including keyword research, campaign and ad group setup, ad trafficking and quality assurance, negative keyword management, budget pacing, bid and performance optimization, and reporting. Analytics, Listening & GEO: Familiarity with enterprise social listening/reporting platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, YouScan, NetBase Quid, Google Analytics, advanced Excel/Google Sheets). Strong interest in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) , AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), and prompt monitoring. Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
