About the role
Comply is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to win net-new business with the world’s largest financial-services firms. You’ll own new-business growth with the largest financial-services firms in the market — sourcing and closing net-new logos through complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You’ll run the full cycle end to end: prospect through networking and referrals, lead discovery and demos, build ROI-backed business cases, and navigate procurement, security, and C-suite buyers to close. Because these firms live and breathe regulation, you’ll translate Comply’s platform into concrete risk-reduction and efficiency outcomes a Chief Compliance Officer can defend internally. Hit your targets here and you’re landing the flagship accounts that anchor Comply’s enterprise franchise. This role has a hybrid in-office and remote work schedule, requiring a minimum 3 days/week in our New York, NY office.
You’ll love this role if you’re a technically savvy, hunter-minded seller who closes complex deals and builds genuine relationships with enterprise buyers.
What you’ll do
• Drive net-new business with the world’s largest financial-services firms.
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle
• Work across a variety of stakeholders (ex. buyer, champion, and procurement) and lead discovery, demos, and solution discussions.
• Build quantified ROI / business-value models that buyers can defend internally.
• Prospect actively through networking and referrals to build pipeline.
• Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce and Gong.
• Continuously sharpen your knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
• You are getting ramped on Comply’s product portfolio and ideal-customer profile.
• You’re building an active enterprise pipeline through prospecting and referrals.
• You’re managing deals through discovery and demos with accurate forecasting.
What you’ll bring
Must-have
• 5+ years in full-cycle SaaS/B2B sales, selling to large enterprise and Fortune 500 companies.
• Track record of carrying and exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
• Proficiency with a named sales methodology
• Ability to navigate complex org structures, long cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
• Exceptional executive presence with C-suite audiences.
• Proficiency with a modern SaaS sales stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/6sense).
Nice-to-have
• Experience selling SaaS into compliance, regulatory, or financial services.
• Formal sales training or certification.
The all-in total compensation for this role is $250,000 and $300,000 , and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $125,000 - $150,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
