Job description

Influ2 brings ABM to the contact level. With Influ2, you can act on contact-level intent, reach specific buyers with ads, orchestrate journeys across channels, and make the revenue impact clear. 200+ enterprises and mid-market companies worldwide, including industry leaders such as Snowflake, AppsFlyer, and Capgemini, love our technology. We hope you will love it too. Who we are looking for: We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how Influ2 is positioned and brought to market. You’ll work across product launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, positioning, and customer education. The role will evolve with the business, so we’re looking for someone who can quickly understand what matters most, take ownership, and move it forward. You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Product and Lifecycle Marketing and work alongside two other team members. What you'll do: Sales enablement: Identify what our AEs and Sales Development teams need to position Influ2 effectively, then develop the tools, and training that help them communicate its value, handle objections, and win deals. Competitive intelligence: Run our competitive intelligence program. Track competitors and market shifts, conduct win/loss analysis, and turn what you learn into clear guidance for Sales, Product, and Marketing. Go-to-market strategy: Take new products and features to market, from positioning and launch strategy through front-line readiness and adoption. Customer education: Set the approach to customer education and develop programs that help customers understand and adopt Influ2’s capabilities. Product positioning and messaging: Define how Influ2 and its products are positioned. Turn product capabilities, customer needs, and market context into clear messaging that differentiates us. Content and enablement: Translate our positioning into the materials people need, from product demos and sales decks to videos, white papers, and presentations. Performance: Determine how product marketing impact should be measured, track results, and use what you learn to set priorities and improve programs. What success looks like: You’ll shape how Influ2 is positioned and differentiated, how effectively our AEs and Sales Development teams communicate its value, and how new products and features are brought to market and adopted. Your work will directly impact competitive win rates, sales effectiveness, and product adoption. Your experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B technology industry. Experience in martech, ABM, or an adjacent space is a strong plus. Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Strong understanding of mid-market and enterprise buying cycles at sales-led organizations. Background in leading competitive intelligence efforts or win/loss analysis. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success. Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Storylane, and Claude. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but optional; what matters most is your proven track record. Your skills: You can turn complex products into clear positioning and messaging that makes sense to buyers and sellers. You understand enterprise sales cycles and what front-line teams need from product marketing to win. You can look at customer feedback, competitive intelligence, sales data, and market signals and decide what matters. You’re comfortable making decisions and moving work forward without having every step defined for you. You can work across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, including when priorities or perspectives differ. You can shift focus as the business changes without losing sight of the outcome you’re working toward. At Influ2, we highly appreciate a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. So, even if your history doesn't perfectly match our list, we would still be delighted to receive your application and learn more about you! What's in it for you? Have a direct impact on how Influ2 is positioned and brought to market. Take on meaningful work with the opportunity to shape how the role evolves as the business grows. Work directly with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. Remote work flexibility with no fixed working hours; work where and when it suits you. Unlimited vacation policy to support a healthy work-life balance. Generous parental leave and other well-structured PTO policies. A well-rounded health package with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. We’ve raised a total of $15 million in our Series A round, maintaining a cash-positive business for the past 24 months while achieving 50% growth. We're convinced that the diverse ideas and experiences every Influ2encer brings are the key to our success. To make sure our culture and products reflect this blend of viewpoints and backgrounds, there's no room for discrimination here. Our approach to hiring, training, promoting, and compensating individuals is grounded in merit and competence. We're committed to offering equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, no matter their race, age, religion, where they come from, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Everyone at Influ2 plays a part in keeping our workplace welcoming and free from discrimination and harassment.
