We combine technology, operational excellence, and compassionate expertise to deliver essential products and care directly to patients’ homes. At Aeroflow Health, we make healthcare accessible by taking a holistic approach to how we care for our patients.
We are equally passionate about taking care of our employees. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the U.S., an Inc. 5000 honoree, and a certified Great Place to Work®, Aeroflow continues to seek ways to be one of the nation’s top employers. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to building an exceptional workplace where talented professionals are empowered, supported, and inspired to make a meaningful impact every day.
The Opportunity
As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will join a growing marketing team and help serve as a primary voice for the Aeroflow Urology brand. In 2025 alone, Aeroflow’s digital presence reached a record-breaking 2 billion impressions, and we are looking for a creative, motivated team member who is excited to help us build on that momentum.
This isn't just a "posting" role. It is a content-first opportunity for someone who enjoys creating, experimenting, learning what resonates with an audience, and bringing new ideas to the table. You’ll have the opportunity to create user-generated content, support our expansion across social channels, engage directly with our online community, and learn how performance data can make the next piece of content even better.
We aren't necessarily looking for the person with the longest resume. We are looking for someone who is creative, driven, curious, comfortable taking initiative, and excited to grow their career in social media and marketing. If you're someone who sees a trend and immediately starts thinking about how a brand could use it—or comes to the table with ideas and the energy to bring them to life—you may thrive here.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator. The Social Media & Content Coordinator is typically responsible for:
• Social Media Ideation & Execution: Partner with the Brand Manager to develop content ideas and execute against the social media strategy, informed by competitive research and platform-specific audiences.
• Social Media Creative: Utilize our expansive brand library of photo and video assets, curated templates from our in-house multimedia designer, and UGC content from influencers and partners to produce social media graphics, videos, and other content using Canva or similar tools while maintaining brand standards and visual continuity.
• UGC Content Creation: Serve as a primary creator and face of UGC content, including video and photo, for use across our paid and organic marketing channels. Aeroflow will provide a company device and necessary content-creation equipment, including a tripod and lighting, along with materials, props, and products needed for content creation.
• Community & Reputation Management: Actively engage with our community by managing comments, mentions, and reviews across Aeroflow Urology social channels and review platforms such as Google and Trustpilot in a timely manner.
• Performance Analytics: Capture and analyze social data and metrics to continuously improve content performance and inform future creative testing.
• Planning: Maintain an up-to-date social media calendar with content outlines prepared at least one month in advance.
• Implementation: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our social media presence, including emerging technologies, platform features, trends, and optimization opportunities, and bring recommendations and ideas to the Brand Manager.
• Trend Monitoring: Proactively monitor social media trends, industry news, and PR mentions to support brand relevance and identify timely posting opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including paid media, design, and content teams, to ensure assets align with campaign messaging and broader marketing goals.
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
• Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule.
• Additional marketing efforts and job duties as needed.
Skills for Success
• A creative mindset and genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital culture.
• Comfortable and confident serving as a primary on-camera creator for UGC content.
• Driven and self-motivated, with the initiative to bring ideas forward rather than waiting to be told exactly what to create.
• Curious and eager to learn, experiment, receive feedback, and continue developing as a marketer and content creator.
• Understanding of how brands can participate authentically in social media.
• Awareness of internet culture, social trends, and meme culture, with the judgment to use them appropriately while maintaining brand safety.
• Strong eye for design, particularly as it relates to social media engagement and brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
• High level of ownership, follow-through, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, positive, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications
• 4-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Experience managing or supporting social media accounts through professional, internship, academic, freelance, or relevant personal experience.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating social media content creation, UGC, design, or other relevant creative work.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in on-camera content.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar creative tools.
• Familiarity with social scheduling or management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
• Ability to come to Aeroflow Health headquarters at least twice per year for onsite planning sessions. Candidates within driving distance may participate in additional onsite content-creation days as needed.
• Ability to travel as needed if content creation is requested at an Aeroflow Urology event.
You Might Also Have
• Experience creating content for a brand, organization, internship, freelance client, or personal platform.
• Experience with short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Experience reviewing social media performance metrics and using them to inform future content.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
