Job description

ABOUT TETON Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident care, and streamline workflows. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery. THE ROLE We're hiring a Product Manager who will own product initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through launch — for a product used every day by caregivers, nurses, and operators in senior living communities across the country. You will report to the Director of Product Management, within the Product and Engineering organization. This role is built around proximity to the US senior living market. You'll spend meaningful time on-site with customers — observing workflows, sitting with staff, and pressure-testing our product against the realities of care delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead product initiatives from idea to launch — discovery, scoping, prioritization, and shipping with design and engineering - Define success metrics for your area and own the outcomes - Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problem spaces; make tradeoffs grounded in customer reality, not internal opinion - Spend meaningful time on-site with US customers — senior living operators, care staff, and clinical leadership — and translate field observations into concrete product decisions - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to land features in market — shape positioning, enablement materials, and launch narratives so what we ship actually gets adopted - Run beta and adoption programs — recruit pilot customers, structure feedback loops, and drive feature uptake in the field - Build deep technical fluency in our computer-vision and AI stack — enough to scope feasibly, push back on engineering, and make the right build calls - Communicate clearly across teams, time zones, and the Copenhagen and US teams WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVE - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on B2B software - Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and shipping outcomes (not just features) — comfortable being the most senior PM in the room with customers and partners - Experience at a fast-moving growth-stage startup. You're comfortable with ambiguity, fast cycles, and owning outcomes without a playbook - Strong product thinking — discovery, prioritization, scoping, shipping - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfort spending significant time in the field — this is not a desk job - Ability to develop deep technical understanding of complex products (AI systems, data pipelines, or hardware-software systems) - Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability - Based in the US, with the availability to travel domestically for customer visits NICE TO HAVE - Experience in healthcare, senior living, or another regulated, high-stakes industry - Experience with AI, computer vision, or data-heavy products - Experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams - Experience operating in a distributed product org (especially across US and Europe) LOCATION & TRAVEL - Our US office is in Boulder, Colorado. If you're based there or open to relocating, we'd love that. - We're equally open to remote candidates across the US. Strong people come from everywhere, and we'd rather meet you than filter you out on location. - Required travel across the US to customer sites. - Occasional travel to our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. WHY JOIN TETON - Competitive Salary and participation in our warrant program. - Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field. - A vibrant, learning-focused work environment. - A role where you can make a significant impact on care delivery. WHAT IT'S LIKE WORKING AT TETON We're a growing team of extremely hard-working and talented people. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is not just encouraged — it's expected. It's a hands-on environment where you'll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning. We are looking for people who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship rather than just another 9-5 job. With us you will have an opportunity to truly make an impact on the world with the outcomes of your work. So, if you are looking for a ride and not just a job – jump on board 😊
