We’ve built Persona to support practically every use case and industry — that’s why we’re able to serve a wide range of leading companies. For example, Reddit relies on Persona for age assurance and verification to comply with online safety regulations, protecting younger users while maintaining a seamless experience. This is a lead role, so you should feel comfortable taking the initiative to jump right in, facilitate cross-functional conversations and alignment and develop/presenting ideas. You'll need a strong understanding of how to build and scale design systems, plus the drive to keep pushing the work forward in an always-evolving space. This role requires close collaboration across teams and the ability to manage projects of varying scope and complexity cross-functionally. We work in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and embrace AI tools like Cursor and Claude to bring work to life with craft and speed. Experience with code-based animation and emerging technologies is a strong plus Benefits and Perks For full-time US-based employees (excluding internship and contractor opportunities), Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, 3% 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, quarterly mental health days, family planning benefits, professional development stipend, wellness benefits, among others.
