This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position Salary range based on experience: $18-$21/HR + Growth Opportunity Responsibilities: • Build relationships with retailers through phone and email • Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service • Process orders accurately and efficiently • Solve customer problems with professionalism and urgency • Learn our products and help customers make recommendations • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and eCommerce • Continuously learn new systems and processes • Help improve how we serve our customers What We're Looking For You don't need jewelry experience; we'll teach you that. • Friendly and positive • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable talking with people • A strong communicator • Curious and eager to learn • Comfortable using computers and technology • Dependable and accountable • A team player who enjoys helping others • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, inside sales, or office administration is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter even more.
