Job description

Company Overview Casago Coastal NC is a locally led, locally operated vacation rental management group serving four of the most beloved stretches of the North Carolina coastline through our family of brands: Hatteras Realty (Hatteras Island and the southern Outer Banks), Atlantic Beach Realty (the Crystal Coast), Carolina Coast Retreats (Topsail Island), and Carolina Breeze Vacations (Holden Beach). Our sister brand, Seven Keys Vacations, brings the same locally led approach to the Florida Keys. We are led by a team with decades of combined experience investing in, growing, and operating successful vacation rental management companies — and that experience is paired with on-the-ground local managers who live in the markets they serve. The people making decisions about a homeowner's property or a guest's stay are part of the same community, with the authority to act in real time. We believe vacation rental management is a relationship business, and relationships are built locally. For homeowners, we are an advocate first — focused on protecting the home, maximizing income, and delivering transparent, real-time reporting. For guests, we deliver professionally cleaned, fully equipped homes backed by reliable local support from check-in to check-out. As part of the Casago network, North America's largest specialized vacation rental manager, our local teams are backed by enterprise technology, distribution across 25+ leading channels including Vrbo, Airbnb, and Booking.com , and the operational resources of a national platform — while the strategy, service, and relationships remain ours, built locally for the long term. Position Summary We're looking for a VP of Marketing to lead marketing for four of the brands in our broader portfolio: Atlantic Beach Realty (the Crystal Coast), Carolina Coast Retreats (Topsail Island), and Carolina Breeze Vacations (Holden Beach) in North Carolina, plus Seven Keys Vacations in the Florida Keys. This is a strategic leadership role focused on brand, demand generation, and distribution. You will build and own the marketing plan and budget, partner with the Executive Team and Business Development to align marketing with growth goals, lead dedicated Content Creators and manage specialized agency partners. You’ll set direction, hold agency partners and vendors accountable to clear performance metrics, and make sure every marketing dollar is working hard. Success in this role requires someone who moves quickly, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll work closely with the local teams in each market to make sure our homes are presented accurately and compellingly across our websites and distribution channels, and you’ll represent our brands through relationships with local tourism organizations and strategic partners, as well as community support and sponsorship of key local events. You’ll be the driving force behind our brand presence, orchestrating integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, and OTA channels and overseeing advertising, public relations, and reputation management.
