Job description

Build the future of data privacy. Join the Ketch team. About Ketch Ketch is modern privacy management software that keeps customer data clean, permissioned, and AI-ready, so brands can power growth without regulatory or reputational risk. The market came to us. GDPR and CCPA turned privacy from a legal afterthought into a funded, board-level requirement, and the wave of US state laws that followed means most enterprises are now managing a patchwork of overlapping obligations with tooling that was never built for it. AI sharpens the problem further: models are only as trustworthy as the permissions underneath them, and companies are finding that the data they have is not always data they are allowed to use. That is the wedge. Ketch is a SaaS platform that sits underneath the customer data stack, capturing and enforcing permissions across every device, browser, system, and model a brand touches. It turns compliance spend into an asset by making previously unusable data available for advertising, analytics, and AI. More than 3,500 brands run on Ketch, including Kroger, IKEA, Paramount, FOX, LVMH, Equifax, Lyft, Figma, and Live Nation, and the platform processes 67 billion consent transactions a month. The results are measurable, and they are what you will sell on: 80% improvement in operational efficiency through workflow automation 23% lift in customer purchase intent when data collection is built around transparency and control 12x ROI against legacy tooling, with low-code maintenance and auditable records that stand up to a regulator Customers back that up publicly: Ketch is a G2 Grid Leader for enterprise privacy and consent management, ranked #1 in Enterprise Usability, Results, and Relationship, with a 4.6/5 score across 140+ verified reviews. Fewer than one in fifty products across G2's reports earn Leader recognition at all. The Seat For a seller, this is a rare combination: a category with mandatory budget behind it, a buyer actively looking for an answer, third-party proof that shortens every deal, and a product that gets to talk about revenue rather than risk avoidance. In practice, that looks like: 90% of pipeline is inbound; 10% comes from partners like Deloitte, Trace3, and GuidePoint Security Top reps cleared $600K+ in earnings last year; comp is uncapped Average enterprise deal size around $120K, with a roughly 4-month sales cycle 30% of new customers come to Ketch directly from OneTrust You'll self-source roughly 30% of your book; the rest is fed to you About Our Team You'll join a team of about ten enterprise AEs, supported by Sales Engineers, Inside Sales, and BDRs, reporting to our VP of Sales or Sales Manager depending on territory. We're Series B, roughly 70 people, doubled ARR last year, and are on pace to surpass that this year. The team is small enough that you can pull anyone in the company into a deal, and growing fast enough that the territory math still favors you. About The Role We're looking for an enterprise AE with a track record of beating quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You'll run effective discovery, map Ketch to customer challenges, quantify business value, build the business case, and close. You'll work MEDDPICC through the full cycle, keep Salesforce honest, and develop relationships across the buying committee: privacy, legal, marketing, IT, security, and finance. Responsibilities Pipeline: source and qualify roughly 30% of your annual book; advance inbound and partner-generated opportunities; maintain pipeline hygiene and coverage Relationships: develop multiple buying personas per account; bring unique value to every interaction Value framing: connect functional and corporate objectives to Ketch; do the math; tell the story Execution: MEDDPICC throughout; effective discovery; objection handling; drive to Closed/Won Product: build functional and technical fluency; align demos to customer needs Experience 7+ years of quota-carrying, consultative enterprise SaaS sales; data privacy, security, adtech/martech, or data infrastructure experience a plus 2+ years of average deal sizes in the $150K-$500K range Demonstrated history of beating targets on multi-stakeholder deals Qualifications Results-driven; translates technical solutions into measurable business value Bachelor's degree or equivalent Legally able to work in the United States English fluency; second language a plus Information collected and processed as part of any job applications you choose to submit is subject to Ketch's Applicant and Employee Privacy Notice .
