Job description

We know revenue doesn't come from one team. It comes from three teams working like one. Imagine sitting at the center of Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey — building the reporting, process, and alignment that helps all three move together. Not owning any single department's number, but making sure the connections between them actually work. That's this role. Why this matters: Yokly exists to free business leaders to achieve more by sharing the load — through people, process, and automation. This seat protects that promise from the inside. Here's what you're signing up for: • Independent Contractor role, full-time. • Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, which lines up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients. • Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always. • Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup. What you'll actually do: • Build and own the cross-department reporting that gives Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey one shared view • Run the alignment process that keeps three departments moving in the same direction • Catch process gaps and broken handoffs early — before they become a quarter-end surprise • Report directly to the CEO and coordinate closely with each department lead • Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, plus the broader Sales/Marketing/CJ reporting stack What's in it for you: • Direct line to the CEO, with real ownership over how the process runs, not a fixed playbook • Influence across every department that drives Yokly's growth What we're looking for: • At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in Operations • Master's degree required • A track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems What's in it for you: • Permanent Work-From-Home setup • Weekends off — Saturdays and Sundays are yours • HMO coverage with Maxicare upon regularization, with the option to add dependents • Wellness checks and support services • Paid Time Off: 40 hours in year 1, growing to 120 hours with tenure • Sick Leave: 40 hours (16 available even during probation) • Mental Health Leave: 8 hours a year • Special leaves: birthday, bereavement, and paternity leave • Holiday observance: U.S. holidays plus select Philippine Holy Week dates • Convert unused PTO to cash • Company-provided equipment • Yokly's 13th Month Pay • A Welcome Kit, plus tokens for birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries We've got your back. This role reports directly to the CEO, so you're never guessing where you stand.
