A financial services organization is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to support AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and data platform engineering. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure through code, strengthening CI/CD delivery, integrating security practices, and helping establish consistent technical standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, create, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform.Configure AWS services supporting compute scaling, storage, networking, and access management.Develop and optimize Git-based CI/CD workflows.Support cloud infrastructure used by data development teams.Apply security best practices to infrastructure and deployment processes.Improve technical efficiency and infrastructure delivery standards.Contribute to technical decision-making and implementation across engineering initiatives. Role Requirements Strong hands-on AWS infrastructure engineering experience.Experience using Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure.Git version control knowledge.Practical CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.Familiarity with AWS Auto Scaling Groups, Security Groups, Route 53, S3, and IAM.Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure delivery.Understanding of secure infrastructure and DevSecOps principles.Senior-level ability to influence engineering practices while remaining technically hands-on. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Proximity to one of the organization's regional office markets.
