A global investment-management organization is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to take hands-on ownership of enterprise infrastructure supporting business-critical applications. This senior individual contributor will work across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, hybrid cloud, Citrix, identity, security, and automation. The position requires someone who can solve complex production problems, improve infrastructure architecture, automate recurring work, and partner effectively with application and security teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Engineer and support Windows Server environments across production and non-production systems.Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, replication, permissions, authentication, and related services.Support enterprise VMware virtualization and compute platforms.Manage infrastructure across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments.Automate infrastructure administration and operational processes using PowerShell.Support Citrix VDI, application delivery, and remote-access technologies.Partner with application teams on implementations and infrastructure deployments.Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.Support patching, vulnerability remediation, capacity management, backup, and recovery.Improve infrastructure security, documentation, standards, and operational reliability. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems-engineering experience.Advanced Windows Server and Active Directory expertise.Strong Group Policy, replication, permissions, and authentication troubleshooting.Hands-on enterprise VMware experience.Azure and/or AWS infrastructure experience.Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.Experience with enterprise compute, storage, patching, and systems-management technologies.Strong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.Experience supporting highly available enterprise environments.Ability to remain technically hands-on while serving as a senior engineering resource.Ability to work onsite four days per week. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Citrix VDI or Citrix Cloud.Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, or Intune.SAML, MFA, Kerberos, RADIUS, or privileged access management.Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, or source-control experience.Financial-services or investment-management experience.SQL Server administration.
