Building Automation Sales Manager (BAS) Position Summary Manages all phases of Building Automation Project Sales to drive maximum sales, profitability, and best-in-class customer service. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 10+ years commercial BAS experience with proven success • Strong financial acumen and leadership skills • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record Key Responsibilities • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop BAS Project Sales Representatives • Oversee estimators and maintain accurate pricing/estimating tools • Train team on sales tools, processes, and strategic selling methods • Build industry networks and long-term customer relationships
