Job description

THE MISSION We aren't looking for a traditional brand manager or a corporate strategist. We need a Marketing Architect who understands the gravity of internet culture and knows how to weaponize it. Your job is to lead the entire growth engine, orchestrating high-velocity campaigns and scaling our presence across the digital landscape with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a leader who views the internet as a 24/7 battlefield and is comfortable operating at the absolute forefront of the Web3 economy. We value "Product-First" marketing. You aren't just telling a story; you are building an ecosystem. Whether you are an established growth leader or a rising star with a track record of moving markets, we care about your ability to drive momentum. If you have the instinct to identify trends before they happen and the operational discipline to lead a global team, we will give you the resources to define the next generation of digital marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Growth Architecture: Design and execute the overarching marketing strategy, focusing on aggressive user acquisition and high-velocity retention loops. - Viral Orchestration: Lead our content and partnership teams to ensure Partyhat is consistently at the centre of the cultural conversation. - Algorithmic Dominance: Use deep data analytics and proprietary tools to master the algorithms of X, Discord, and Telegram, ensuring our message hits the right audience at the right time. - Resource Allocation: Manage the marketing budget with surgical efficiency, deciding where to double down and where to sunset campaigns based on real-time ROI data. - Brand Velocity: Oversee the visual and narrative consistency of the brand, ensuring we maintain a "premium but degen" aesthetic that resonates with a global audience. - Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary bridge between Product and Community, ensuring our marketing efforts are perfectly synced with our technical roadmap and operational goals. THE REQUIREMENTS - The "General": You are a battle-tested leader. You know how to manage diverse teams, from designers to growth hackers, and keep them focused on elite execution. - Market Intuition: An innate ability to read the room. You understand sentiment, "vibe shifts," and how to pivot strategies in minutes, not months. - Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to lead the team through viral moments, market shifts, and 24/7 global launches. - Data Mastery: You are obsessed with metrics. You don't make guesses; you make moves based on hard evidence and predictive modelling. - Web3 Literacy: You live on-chain. You understand decentralized communities, tokenized incentives, and the unique psychology of the modern digital asset holder. - Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a complex global marketing machine without losing track of the small details. OPERATIONAL DETAILS - Location: Fully Remote. - Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to manage a global team and 24/7 market cycles). WHY JOIN US? We offer more than just a leadership role; we offer the keys to a high-growth engine. - Extreme Autonomy: We value results over red tape. You will have the freedom to build and execute your vision using our streamlined Ashby and Linear workflow. - Global Impact: Lead a brand that is building the future of internet-native experiences for a massive, worldwide audience. - A Culture of Momentum: Join a team that moves at the speed of light. You will be constantly challenged to innovate, scale, and outperform the market. - High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For those who take extreme ownership, there is a clear runway to shape the future of the entire organization.
