Job description

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a leading global communications agency built to navigate the complexities of a hyper-connected world. We represent the icons and innovators shaping culture—from global heritage corporations and high-growth tech startups to the non-profits, creative legends, and visionary founders who define the global discourse. Our expertise spans the full cultural spectrum. We operate at the intersection of entertainment, social impact, corporate reputation, and consumer lifestyle, executing seamlessly across traditional media, social-first outlets, brand partnerships, and influencer ecosystems. Whether we are navigating complex crisis management, elevating advocacy campaigns, or launching global consumer brands, we are storytellers at our core. You may notice our digital presence is purposefully understated. While our clients are global household names, we believe the best work happens when the spotlight stays firmly on those we represent. We fly under the radar by design - preferring to let our campaigns, and our results, speak for themselves. If you're driven, intentional, and ready to do good, we're ready for you! Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a strategic, high-energy Senior Account Executive to join our Talent and Influencer Integration team in New York. We are looking for a modern storyteller with about 4-5 years of experience who understands that in 2026, a brand’s cultural relevance is forged through a mix of high-level talent prestige and digital-first creator communities. You are a go-getter with a sharp blend of EQ and IQ, capable of managing the daily needs of global brands while thinking creatively about their place in the social zeitgeist. You don't just follow influencers; you understand the mechanics of the creator economy and how content moves through the social ecosystem. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in the fast-paced NYC environment and wants to lead the daily narrative for iconic brands and disruptive startups, we want to hear from you. As a Senior Account Executive, you are a primary driver of our digital and talent-led campaigns. You possess the professional maturity to develop trusting relationships quickly and the technical skill to lead a campaign from initial strategy to final analytical reporting. The Role Integrated Strategy Execution: Execute comprehensive communications strategies for both earned and paid influencer campaigns. You understand how to align creator voices with brand objectives to drive genuine engagement. Content and Briefing Mastery: Produce and edit materials including creative briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing notes. You ensure all documents are client-ready and reflect a deep understanding of the project goals. The Cultural Radar: Act as the team’s eyes and ears. Monitor news cycles for daily breaks and pop culture moments that our clients can leverage through influencer partnerships. Account Stewardship: Partner with senior leaders to achieve deliverables for a full roster of 4–6 clients. You ensure that client requests are handled with efficiency, professional poise, and total precision. Event Leadership: Assist in planning and executing talent-focused events and influencer activations, providing on-site support and managing talent logistics in real-time. Mentorship and Training: Proactively mentor and teach junior staff. You take pride in sharing your industry knowledge and helping build the next generation of talent experts. Relationship Driven: You understand that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, partners, and the media—prioritizing trust and integrity in every interaction. Who You Are: The Creator Expert: 4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations. You have a documented track record of executing campaigns from strategy to completion and feel confident conducting outreach to high-level talent reps. Platform Fluent: You are deeply aware of the latest trends across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You have a pulse on who is up-and-coming and how to leverage their unique audience. A Meticulous Writer: You are fast, persuasive, and detail-oriented. You can translate a complex brand message into a clear, compelling social brief or creator pitch. High EQ: You possess high EQ and situational awareness. You have the confidence to voice your opinion in brainstorms and the judgment to make the call in high-pressure environments. Exceptionally Organized: Your research and organizational skills are unmatched. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting a single detail or deadline slip. Driven to Over-Deliver: You take genuine pride in exceeding expectations and are energized by work that allows you to be a part of something good. Nice-to-haves Global Collaboration: Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
