• Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand testing requirements.
• Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution plans.
• Perform Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
• Execute test cases and document test results with appropriate evidence.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
• Perform API and database validation as required using tools such as Postman and SQL.
• Validate data between front-end applications, APIs, databases, and downstream systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to clarify requirements and troubleshoot defects.
• Support UAT, production validation, and release activities.
• Maintain test documentation and provide testing status, defect metrics, and execution reports.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage for critical business workflows and negative scenarios.
