Job Description We are partnered with a rapidly growing aerospace company that is looking for a Staff Accountant due to growth. • Salary: 80-90k + bonus Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor maintenance, and payment processing. • Support Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations. • Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and other month-end close activities. • Perform bank, balance sheet, credit card, and subledger reconciliations. • Assist with inventory, fixed asset, and operational accounting processes. • Support audit requests and financial reporting requirements. • Partner with purchasing, operations, receiving, and customer service teams to resolve accounting-related issues. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2+ years of accounting experience with hands-on AP and AR responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close. • Experience with three-way matching, vendor management, and payment processing. • Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliations. • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or product-based environment is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
