Job description

THE MISSION We aren't looking for a traditional corporate strategist or a passive consultant. We need a "Company Builder" who can take raw ideas and transform them into high-growth, market-ready ecosystems with surgical precision. Your job is to lead venture ideation, engineer bulletproof business models, and execute validation strategies that lay the foundation for the next generation of our digital footprint. This is a remote, high-availability role for a strategic operator who views business building as an elite craft and is comfortable operating at the absolute forefront of the Web3 economy. We value execution over theory. Whether you are a multi-time founder or an elite product strategist with a track record of launching successful ecosystems, we care about your ability to move from 0 to 1. If you have the analytical rigor to validate markets under pressure and the communication skills to collaborate with top-tier founders, we will give you the capital and infrastructure to turn ambition into economic reality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Venture Ideation: Proactively scout market inefficiencies, consumer trends, and technological shifts to conceptualize high-velocity digital ventures. - Business Model Design: Architect the economic engine, incentive structures, and financial models for new ventures, ensuring long-term sustainability and market dominance. - Market Validation: Deploy rigorous quantitative and qualitative validation frameworks to stress-test concepts against real-world demand before deploying significant capital. - Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and orchestrate high-impact launch strategies, identifying distribution channels and growth loops that maximize early adoption and momentum. - Founder Collaboration: Partner closely with incoming founders and executive talent, serving as the strategic backbone during the critical early phases of formation. - Venture Incubation: Oversee the end-to-end incubation pipeline, guiding ventures from initial blueprint through proof-of-concept to fully independent execution. THE REQUIREMENTS - The "Builder": Proven experience launching digital products, platforms, or companies from the ground up. You know the friction points of the 0-to-1 journey and how to bypass them. - Analytical Rigor: You don't make business decisions based on "gut feeling." You are comfortable looking at raw market data, user behavior, and financial projections to make cold, calculated decisions. - Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. Building companies requires deep focus and real-time pivoting. You must be available 7 days a week to capitalize on market windows and keep incubation timelines moving. - Web3 Literacy: You possess a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape. You understand decentralized networks, digital asset mechanics, and the unique psychology of internet-native communities. - Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can balance multiple venture blueprints and founder workstreams simultaneously without losing track of the fine details. OPERATIONAL DETAILS - Location: Fully Remote. - Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle rapid incubation cycles and global founder coordination). - Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT). WHY JOIN US? We offer more than just a strategic role; we offer a masterclass in the future of institutional company building. - Extreme Autonomy: We value output over red tape. You will have the freedom to design, validate, and launch ventures within a high-speed, high-trust environment. - Uncapped Leverage: Bring your ideas to a powerhouse that has the distribution, technical talent, and capital to scale them instantly. - A Culture of Momentum: Join a team that moves at the speed of light. You will be constantly building, testing, and shipping new economic engines. - High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For a Venture Architect who consistently spins up winning ecosystems, there is a clear runway to shape the entire portfolio.
