Job role: Technology Consultant 2 Required skills and experience • Experience in Test Data Management (TDM). • Experience in data masking and sensitive data protection. • Experience in GenRocket configuration, setup, execution, and workflow management. • Experience in Delphix or IBM Optim. • Experience in synthetic data generation. • Experience in test data provisioning, subsetting, and refresh processes. • Experience in enterprise-wide TDM strategy implementation. • Experience in integration of TDM with test automation frameworks and automation pipelines. • Experience in collaboration with QA, development, and data teams. • Experience in data privacy, compliance, and governance standards. • Experience in data virtualization techniques. • Experience in Jenkins, Git, and Docker. • Experience in DevOps practices and test data lifecycle management. Preferred skills • Experience in SQL and relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. • Experience in CI/CD practices and continuous testing. • Experience in test automation frameworks. • Experience in data quality validation and reconciliation. • Experience in enterprise data management initiatives. • Experience in data governance and quality engineering transformation programs. Qualifications and work authorization • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
