Client Implementation Specialist - Healthcare Expert T e chnical Solutions is seeking a n I mplementation S pecialist for one of our premier , industry leading clients based out of Roswell , GA (300 76) . This person will a ssist our Client ’ s Success Engineering team. This role will play a n imp ortant part in managing client onboarding projects, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring internal teams stay aligned across fast-moving priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has experience in healthcare tech, data workflows, or payer-provider integrations. This role will report to the VP, C lient Success E ngineering . This is a permanent , REMOTE opportunity (So utheastern Un ited State s ) offer ing excellent pay , benefits, and growth potential. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Produce and own new client implementation project plans for clients onboarding • Champion creation and refinement of onboarding documentation and process templates • Ensure timely go-live dates are achieved. • Coordinate internal and external implementation meetings. • Facilitate client kickoff, milestone check-ins, and stabilization calls • Coordinate task completion with internal and external teams by ; • Track and manage deliverables across internal teams (IT, Analytics, Dev, CSE, Client Services) • Maintain and update internal project trackers, Jira boards, and status dashboards • Ensure clients meet required milestones (e.g., file delivery, SFTP setup, plan mappings) • Coordinate post-go-live reconciliation and reporting efforts • Proactively communicate risks, blockers and progress to stakeholders • Effectively present complex concepts to various audiences • Lead other implementation projects to support existing clients, such as system migrations and upgrades, data files format updates, introducing new payment instruction file formats, etc … . Requirements/Qualifications : • Bachelor’s D egree (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years in project management, implementation, or client delivery roles • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving results through influence • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Excel) • Experience in healthcare data, EHR (EPIC a plus), or payer workflows preferred • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • PMP or other project management certifications preferred • Familiarity with SFTP, file formats (pipe-delimited, flat files), or healthcare data structures highly preferred • Experience supporting revenue cycle, eligibility, or insurance discovery processes
