GenAI Content Creation: Leverage Generative AI to rapidly build, iterate, and tailor training materials, ensuring the global SE knowledge base remains agile and current with fast-moving industry trends. AI-Driven Knowledge Validation: Use conversational AI and automated feedback loops to assess new SEs post-onboarding, validating their AI product knowledge absorption and pitch delivery. Product Liaison: Partner directly with Product Management to translate new AI features, model updates, and roadmaps into compelling, scalable technical training for the field. Required Qualifications: AI Transformation Experience: Proven track record of implementing AI tools (e.g., GenAI for content creation, AI roleplay bots, conversational intelligence) to reform and scale enablement programs. Technical Acumen: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI architectures. Exceptional Enablement Skills: Proven experience in teaching or delivering complex technical content to a broad sales or technical audience through interactive, successful bootcamps.
