Digital Marketing Coordinator at Better Talent

Job description

Are you ready to Level Up? Join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator About the role Track's marketing services team runs digital marketing for the vacation rental and property management companies that use our platform. In this role, you will manage marketing performance for our customers' businesses, not Track's own marketing. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will own a book of roughly 30 to 40 client accounts and follow a pre, during, and post rhythm on every account: pulling performance data, running the client conversation, then making sure the team follows through on what was decided. Our in-house specialists build and launch the campaigns. Your job is to analyze how they are performing, explain the results to clients, and recommend what to do next. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, the internal marketing execution team, and clients themselves, using tools like Track Insights and AI to make each report sharper than the last. What you will do - Prep for client meetings by pulling and analyzing performance data in Track Insights across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and related channels, then building the monthly report deck and flagging insights worth surfacing. - Lead recurring client meetings, walking clients through performance data and results, building toward owning meetings independently. - Follow up after each meeting to make sure the internal execution team, ad creators, content writers, and website support, close out action items before they become a problem. - Serve as the point of contact for your book of 30 to 40 customers, handling day to day communication and supporting Zendesk ticket resolution. - Shadow Customer Success Managers on Quarterly Business Reviews and contribute slides, building toward running audits independently for an assigned set of accounts. - Flag anything slowing a client down, delayed responses, confusion, or negative feedback, to the team lead before it becomes a bigger issue. - Support renewals and upsells alongside the Customer Account Executive team, and track ROI and KPIs like cost per acquisition, click through rate, and return on ad spend. What you will bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Experience focused only on organic social or TikTok is not a match for this role. - Experience analyzing paid campaign performance (cost per acquisition, click through rate, return on ad spend) and turning the numbers into clear insights and next steps. - 1 to 3 years of account management or client-facing experience, including owning client relationships and day to day communication. - Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to speed up data analysis, report drafting, and research. - Strongly preferred: experience in vacation rentals, property management, hotels, tourism, or multifamily. - Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships. Nice to have - Experience presenting performance data or reporting results directly to clients. You will thrive here if - You are naturally curious and love digging into data to find the story behind the numbers. - You can sit in a client meeting, listen to what they need, and turn it into a clear plan on the spot. - You are excited to try new tools and techniques, AI tools included, as the marketing landscape keeps shifting. Compensation The expected starting base salary range for this role is $24.04 to $28.85, plus eligibility for a 10% annual incentive tied to company performance. Final compensation is based on relevant skills, experience, education, and geographic location. About Track Track is an end-to-end SaaS and Service Operating Platform for short term rental.
