Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Healthcare AI | Python/Go | TypeScript | React | Distributed Systems
Hybrid: 3 Days In-Office
Recruiting Partner: Lovefreedom Solution
Lovefreedom Solution is partnering with a Fortune Future 50 healthcare AI company to identify a high-impact Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-native healthcare infrastructure.
Commure is tackling one of the most important and outdated industries in the world: healthcare. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Sequoia, and Y Combinator , valued at $6B+ , and growing rapidly, Commure is building technology that supports clinicians, improves patient care, and modernizes the systems healthcare teams rely on every day.
This is not a speculative AI company trying to find a use case. Commure is already operating at meaningful scale, supporting 500,000+ clinicians with more than $10B flowing through its systems . The Ambient product sits at the intersection of real-time audio processing, natural language understanding, clinical documentation, and deep EHR integrations.
This is a strong opportunity for an engineer who wants to build hard technical systems, work on products with real-world impact, and help shape engineering culture inside a fast-growing healthcare AI company.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Healthcare touches everyone, and Commure is building in a space where better technology can directly improve the lives of clinicians, patients, and families.
The company is solving real infrastructure problems in a highly complex, regulated industry. Engineers are working on genuinely challenging systems involving transcription quality, reliability at scale, EHR integrations, AI-native workflows, distributed systems, and clinical documentation.
The Ambient team is lean, fast-moving, and growing. With roughly 20 engineers today and plans to scale, every new hire will have meaningful ownership and visible impact from day one.
This is a role for someone who wants more than ticket-based engineering. You will help build systems that are used daily, support healthcare providers, and contribute to technology that can make clinical work more efficient and less burdensome.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will help design, build, and scale core healthcare AI products across the stack. You will work on production systems that support clinicians, documentation workflows, real-time AI capabilities, and integrations with complex healthcare infrastructure.
You will operate in a high-ownership environment where speed, judgment, and product quality matter. You should be comfortable moving from ambiguity to execution, working across teams, and building systems that can scale in a regulated environment.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior engineer who can bring structure without slowing the team down.
You have built real systems in fast-moving environments and know how to operate when the playbook is still being written. You are comfortable with early-stage chaos, fast shipping cycles, and high ownership. You can move from product idea to technical execution without waiting for every detail to be perfectly defined.
You are strong enough technically to influence architecture, but pragmatic enough to ship. You can work with customers, push back when needed, align stakeholders, and help a growing team make better decisions.
You should be excited by healthcare, not just AI. This role is best suited for someone who cares about building technology that improves clinical workflows and supports the people delivering patient care.
Why Candidates Should Be Interested
This opportunity offers a rare combination of scale, mission, and technical challenge:
This is an opportunity to build AI products that matter inside an industry where better technology can create real human impact.
