This is not a desk-only job. Applying professional judgment in representing Cerro Flow to prospects and customers, consistent with Company policies and commercial objectives. What You’ll Gain This role is intentionally structured as a development path into outside sales, and the hands-on time in the plant is what makes that path real. When you join our team, you’ll gain: A clear path into outside sales built into the role from day one. A ground-floor opportunity to help shape a new lead development program rather than inherit one. Real product knowledge from scheduled time on the production floor and alongside our customer experience, operations, and supply chain teams.
